Client Challenge
Stanford Laboratory charted an ambitious roadmap for its growth, and required a comprehensive Web site to be developed and launched within a three-month period—a rapid timeline for any new organization, let alone one of with Stanford Lab’s high reputation and stringent requirements. This project was all the more complicated because in addition to design and technical production, it included collecting and coordinating all content from scratch.

Axis Solution
We worked closely with key stakeholders within SUMCCL and its outside IT partner. Our design team presented three original designs, and collaborated with the client’s marketing department to finalize the optimal look and feel. Our project managers collected and categorized content from all of the Labs’ medical and administrative departments, and then our production team built the fully functional Web site within the aggressive three-month deadline. During this intense process, we also coordinated successfully with the Lab’s third-party billing service to create a seamless transition between the Laboratory site and the billing site.
