Client Challenge
Stanford Labs was invited to present its business model at the prestigious Washington G2 Reports Conference in Washington, DC in September of 2006. The challenge was not only to gather all of the presenters’ information in time for the conference, but also to help them present in the most positively impactful manner possible. Our client was a relative newcomer in the outreach laboratory market, and this was a prime opportunity to position itself strongly in the industry.

Axis Solution
Axis Marcom was responsible for interviewing Stanford Labs’ five presenters, developing much of the content for their presentations, and creating a dazzling, three-hour Flash multimedia deck. As with most corporate presentations, there were numerous last minute changes right up until the event, so Axis was prepared to work around the clock during those last few intense days. It all paid off, because the Lab hit a home run with its presentation, keeping the audience fully engaged and receiving highly positive feedback afterwards. In fact, the presentation went so well that Stanford Labs was asked to chair the Onco-Molecular Conference earlier this year and to host an accompanying tour of Stanford’s Molecular Diagnostics Laboratory.
